Digital highspeed camera

Speed – up to 100 000 frames per second!

Image quality – near to film, resolution 1,5K (4x more than PAL), thanks to the big CMOS sensor the depth of field is similar to film camera. Image is absolutely steady, no vibrations.

Instant preview – the resulting shot may be played back right after the shoot.

Mobility – the camera is very compact and weights only 5 kg. Price – thanks to the digital nature of the camera no film stock is needed. You can shoot unlimited number of shots with no extra costs. The final production costs are many times lower than with the conventional highspeed cameras.

The camera is built around the unique digital CMOS sensor with resolution of 1504x1108 pixels. Thanks to the special technology the image quality is close to film. With unusually large sensor the depth of field is similar to film camera. Also with CMOS sensor there is no white blooming, the big problem of CCD sensors. The sensitivity is around 250 ASA. Frame rate is up to 100 000 fps! As opposed to film based highspeed cameras there are no vibrations. The resulting image is absolutely steady, very sharp with excellent detail. No problem to combine these shots with film within one edit.

Camera is capable of using Nikon mount lenses or PL-mount (ARRI) lenses. Our standard rental unit comes included with Nikkor and Sigma lenses ranging from 14 mm to 85 mm with 2 tilt/shift lenses and other accessories.

Price - Production with camera is very effective. You cannot miss any second because it is all digital! In standby mode camera records continuously and using the trigger you sent the event start. If the trigger was delayed you can specify how much time prior to the trigger should be recorded as well!

Image sequence of Tiffs is stored in the camera’s memory. The capacity id 50 seconds in full resolution. Immediately after the shoot the shot is played back on the connected computer and selected part or the whole sequence is then transferred to the computer. Right during the production the result may be double checked in the full quality. Afterwards all the shots are transferred onto tape and color corrected during postproduction.
